10 September 2021
11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Online Meeting
This session requires registration before the Zoom link is shared.
This is a safe space for women veterans to talk about the fall of Kabul and the August 26 airport attack that killed 13 American service members, two of which were women, and critically injured others, including another female service member.
On hand will be Dana Grethen, who leads our team of mental health professionals, and Rocio Palmero, Program Coordinator for Women Vets on Point and a 14-year Navy veteran.
We will focus on talking about any challenges you may be experiencing, and gaining support to move through this difficult time. There will be opportunity for breakout rooms if someone would benefit from one-on-one time with a WVoP team member.
Please register before joining. You will be asked your name, email, phone number and service branch before being able to join the Zoom room. This helps us keep the Zoom session safe for women veterans, and allows us to follow up with you for further support.
When: Friday, September 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pacific Time
Where: Zoom meeting (link will be provided after registration)
