This program is designed for servicewomen to gain a more thorough understanding of the healthcare services available to them, as well as details surrounding the enrollment process. The course is taught by a female veteran and walks participants through 5 phases:
1. Shift from Active Duty: Expectations for women to seek healthcare services post military
2. Transformed Culture: The transformed culture of VA for female Veteran needs
3. Available Women’s Health Services: Range of women’s health and mental health care services to include sexual trauma, OBGYN, pharmacy, and much more
4. VA Eligibility: Eligibility for and enrollment in VA health care
5. Transition Support: Available transition support services
