Free event to celebrate military children and families. All military families are welcome!

Join us Saturday, April 27, 2019, from 10:00am – 1:00pm to honor and celebrate military connected children/youth.

• Crafts, games, and fun activities!
• Complimentary lunch courtesy of New York Pizzeria, and desserts from American Legion Auxiliary Unit # 327 and Coco’s Pies.
• Complimentary family pictures and free access to photo prints.
• On-site services and resources for military families.
• Giveaways, raffles, and prizes.
• “Courage Coin” moment with professional photography.
• Special video montage from military connected youth.

EVENT FAQS:

LIMITED SPACE: This is event is free. Please register early to secure your spot! A waiting list will be activated if needed.

FOOD: If you or your child(ren) have special dietary needs, please consider bringing picnic lunch.

PROPER ADULT IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED: Drivers license or passport.

WHAT TO WEAR: Children are encouraged to wear the color purple. Military parents/family members are encouraged to wear their uniform (if able/allowed).

CERTIFICATES: If you would like your child(ren) to receive a personalized congressional certificate, you must RSVP by April 5th. Please ensure the correct spelling of your child(ren)’s name(s). We are unable to provide personalized certificates for RSVPs made after April 5th.

PHOTOGRAPHS: Professional photographers will be on hand to take family portraits and pictures. Free photo download access will be emailed to you after the event.

RAIN OR SHINE: Outdoor activities will be moved indoors if needed.

NOTE: Chairs and seating will be limited due to the nature of the venue and activities planned.
