Public Counsel’s Center for Veterans Advancement is hosting a FREE discharge upgrade legal clinic.
Veterans will meet with a pro bono attorney who will assist them pro per (self-represented) with filling out the discharge upgrade application, and drafting a declaration. Appointments are required.

All legal services, provided by Public Counsel or Public Counsel-affiliated volunteer attorneys, are free of charge.
