Higher Ground Los Angeles, Sports and Social Change, and the UCLA/VA Veteran Family Wellness Center proudly invite you to join us at our 1st Annual Wellness and Recreation Expo. Bring the entire family and enjoy a variety of different activities, including yoga, fly fishing instruction, wheelchair basketball, adaptive rowing, poetry and so much more!

This is a fully inclusive event! If you experience any physical or cognitive disability, or none at all, come join us! This is an incredible opportunity for you to meet resources in the community that are dedicated to wellness & recreation and try new activities and/or adaptive sports that will improve your well being!
